We offer same-day and emergency service depending on availability. In most cases we can schedule the same or next business day. Stinging insects are prioritised.
For exterior-only treatment, no. For interior work someone needs to let us in. We will confirm what is needed when we schedule.
We are based in Hutto and cover Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Taylor, Manor, Austin, Kyle, Buda and Liberty Hill, plus most communities in between.
Safety
Yes, when products are applied according to their labels. We will tell you exactly which areas to keep clear and for how long — usually just until the treatment has dried.
Most exterior treatments do not require you to vacate. For interior work we will let you know in advance if any precautions are needed.
We use responsible products applied as directed by product label and laws of use, targeting pests rather than broadcasting chemicals across your property.
Tell us when we visit. We plan treatment around sensitive areas — ponds, edibles, beehives and pet runs — and will explain what we are avoiding and why.
Treatment and results
It varies by pest. Ant and roach activity often increases briefly after baiting as the colony carries product back, then drops off within one to two weeks. Fleas can take two to three weeks as dormant pupae hatch. Rodent work depends on how quickly entry points are sealed.
We come back at no charge. Free re-treatment between scheduled visits is part of our service warranty, not an add-on.
Most Central Texas homes do well on a quarterly plan. Properties backing onto greenbelt or water, or with a history of heavy pressure, often do better bi-monthly through the warm months.
That is normal and usually a good sign. Treatment flushes pests out of harborage, and baits are designed to be carried back to the nest rather than killing on contact. Activity should drop within a couple of weeks.
Yes, normally. Avoid scrubbing treated baseboards and exterior perimeter bands, since that removes the residual. We will point out which surfaces to leave alone.
Specific pests
Look for mud tubes on the foundation, piles of discarded wings after spring rain, hollow-sounding wood, or bubbling paint. Do not disturb what you find — it scatters the colony and destroys the evidence we need. See our termite control page.
Retail sprays kill foraging workers but not the queen, and repellent sprays can cause some species to split into multiple satellite colonies. Baiting eliminates the colony instead. See ant control.
Most often roof rats, which climb branches and utility lines and enter at the roofline. It needs exclusion work rather than traps alone. See rodent control.
No. Barrier treatments break down under Texas sun and rain in roughly three to four weeks, so seasonal programs run monthly. See mosquito control.
Not necessarily — a single large roach is often a wanderer from outside. Small tan German cockroaches, especially in daylight, do indicate an established population. See cockroach control.

Usually. Recurring plans prevent infestations rather than reacting to them, and reactive treatment for an established problem is almost always more expensive.
