These terms apply to the Blue Lemon Pest Solutions text messaging program (“the Program”), operated by Blue Lemon Pest Solutions LLC of Hutto, Texas (“Blue Lemon,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
We offer two types of text messages. You choose each one separately, and you can agree to one without the other.
Service messages (non-marketing). If you opt in to service messages, you may receive:
- Replies to your quote request or service inquiry
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates, such as technician arrival times or schedule changes
- Customer support messages
Marketing messages (optional). Only if you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional messages such as special offers, seasonal pest alerts and news about our services.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the text-message consent box or boxes on a form on our website and submitting your mobile number, or by otherwise giving us your express consent to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you request. You may receive recurring messages.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
5. Opting Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from the Program unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.
